  • Tip 7: Exercise the week before your deadline. Aerobic exercise raises your metabolism which assists greatly in the detoxification process.  Do not exercise the day of your urine or blood screening.

  • Tip 8: If you provide the urine sample, use the third or later urination of the day.  Collect the sample from the midstream of the urination and not from the first part of the urination.
