Our Return Policy
We realize that
there may be times when an item you ordered needs to be returned.
Any item can be returned to us for any reason as long as
you have the invoice included with your shipment, the products are undamaged, unopened
and with
seals intact. The products must be returned to us with in 30 days of the date the product was shipped to you. The refund
will
not include the shipping and handling expenses.
Return
all the products from the order. Partial Returns are not allowed.
Do not refuse
your shipment from the carrier or pay a 25% restocking fee

ATC offers a "no questions asked"
30 day
money back return policy from the date of shipment. (Of course, your
return credit will not include the shipping and handling costs.)

We must RECEIVE
your returned product within 30 days of the date you received the product.
Please plan your shipping accordingly.

sent us an e-mail telling us which products will be retuned and when we should

Only products
received back in an unopened and undamaged state will be issued any credit.
Opened or used products or otherwise damaged goods cannot be returned and credit
will not be issued.

Should you refuse delivery on any product from our shipper, an automatic 25%
restocking fee will be assessed. The rule here is: Do not refuse
shipment from the carrier.

In no case will
any shipping or handling charges be credited on returned products.

No partial refunds
can be granted.

Returns sent
postage due or freight collect will not be accepted and will be returned to you
to process correctly with in the 30 return policy.

We do all Returns on Wednesdays.
You will receive a credit to your
original credit card the following Wednesday after we receive the return of your product.
We suggest you
send the products in the original packaging and please make sure you keep your
return shipping information is case the products are lost or damaged.
Sending via some shipping media with a tracking number can be very helpful.
We can not be responsible for products that are damaged in your return shipment.
