Here Are Some Guidelines To Follow For Your Best Customer Support Experience:

  • Contact Us by E-Mail – Please do not call the ATC main phone number for returns and credits.  They are not set up to help you with returns and credit issues.  Please use the e-mail form on this page and make sure you include a valid e-mail.
  • We Ship The Same Day – If we received your order by 1:00 PM East Coast Time your order will ship that same day. (Monday thru Friday Excluding Holidays).
  • You Do Not Need To Be Home – We will allow products to be left at the Ship-to-Address WITHOUT A SIGNATURE.  Be Careful:  The shipper will probably leave you package at your doorstep or wherever the postal service usually leaves your packages.  Amazon.com will leave your package on your doorstep.  Any theft or damage of the delivery after receipt is your responsibility.
  • We Will Get It To You Quickly And Safely – We will ship your product via amazon.com for most shipments. We might ship via USPS in some cases where amazon.com can not get the packages to you on time.  This might be for some those overnight shipments or in some rural areas. In either case, you will receive an e-mail to let you know when to expect your delivery and if there have been any problems with the shipment.<
  • No One Will Know – All orders are billed under the name ATC and shipped a plain brown box inside common to amazon.com or USPS with no external marking other than the address label. This is to protect your privacy.<
  • Your Tracking Number – You should receive an e-mail from amazon.com or USPS with tracking information by 6:30 PM Eastern Time the day we ship your product.   If you do not, please contact us at Shipping and Tracking and we will send you the information immediately.

Product Returns And Credits Information

Our Policy On Returns And Credits:

  1. You Can Not Return Your Shipment To Amazon.com.  You must return your product to the address supplied on our Returns and Credits Page.
  2. We Must Receive Your Return Within  30 Days.  We must RECEIVE your returned product within 30 days of the date you received the product.  Returns requested after (30) days must be pre-approved and may be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
  3. 100% Performance Product Guarantee.  If you have used our product and fail, we offer a 100% performance guarantee.  For more information go to Always Test Clean Guarantee.
  4. The Returned Products Must Be In Unused And Unopened Condition. All product seals must be in place and the packaging and products must be in an unopened condition.
  5. Partial Returns Are Not Allowed. Return all the products from your order.  This means you must return all the products ordered and/or received with your order to be eligible for any refund.
  6. Shipping Costs Will Not Be Refunded.  Shipping was provided to you per your request.  We have already paid for this product and service and you have received this product and service.
  7. Do Not Refuse The Delivery.  Do not refuse your delivery from the carrier or pay a 25% restocking fee.  This means any product returned to us by the shipper as refused or undeliverable will be assessed a 25% restocking fee on the product costs only.
